During the final stage of an extensive 4-phase renovation and expansion, the Revival team built an impressive 700 sq. ft. outdoor living space complete with a kitchen and multiple seating and dining areas. The partially-covered outdoor space features Trex decking, cabinets and beautiful dark granite countertops. Full utilities, branched from the main residence during an earlier phase of the project, serve builder-installed appliances and exterior lighting.
