They were excellent to work with. Worked efficiently on installing our new heat pump system. Explained things to us clearly. When there was a few problems 2 years after installation, they responded immediately and were diligent in figuring out and solving the problem. I highly recommend them.

Revival gave us excellent service following a flood under our refrigerator where a 1/4" hose had leaked on our wooden kitchen floor. Once the hose had been repaired we couldn't get anyone to come take a look under the house to see what repairs were needed, until we caller Revival. They were quick to respond, very professional and put our minds at ease about the condition of our floor and what our next step should be. The photos they took were very helpful. I would call them again for service.
I have worked with Revival Home Builders on several kitchen projects as a cabinet supplier and kitchen designer (Arcata Cabinet) and they are one of the higher quality contractors in the area. They are knowledgeable, professional and their crew is too. I had them demo an old shed at my own home and I was very impressed with the precision and direction given by their foreman. They completed that job for less than the quote. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional builder.
Great crew and excellent customer service. I initially contracted with Comfortable Efficiency when I didn’t receive a callback from other general contractors who do insulation and windows installation work. I was so happy with the crew and quality of work I had them install a 5.7 kW solar system, a ducted heat pump furnace, and all remaining doors and windows replaced. My energy bill went from $200-$300 a month to always zero and no more than $10!
